Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern purchases made on redisup.it. Please read them before ordering: by submitting an order you accept them.

1. Who the seller is

The seller is Redisup Srl, based at [da completare], VAT number (partita IVA) [da completare]. For any enquiry: info@redisup.it.

2. Who we sell to

The site is intended for consumers aged 18 or over who are resident in Italy. Food supplements are not intended for persons under 18, unless otherwise stated on the label. If you are buying for your own business or professional activity, you can contact us for a dedicated price list: in that case the protections provided for consumers do not apply.

3. Products and information

Product pages, images and descriptions reproduce the information supplied by the manufacturers. Packaging and artwork may change without notice: the label of the product you receive always prevails, and we invite you to read it before use. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs and any payment-method surcharge are shown in the cart before you confirm. The price shown at the time of the order applies. In the event of an obvious pricing error we will contact you and you may choose whether to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

5. How the contract is concluded

  1. You choose the products, enter your details and payment method, then confirm the order.
  2. You receive an on-screen summary with the order number: the contract is concluded at that moment.
  3. We may cancel the order, refunding any amount already paid, if a product turns out to be unavailable, if the details are incomplete or in the event of suspected fraud.

6. Payments

We accept credit or debit card (no charge), PayPal (3% fee), cash on delivery (surcharge of 6,90 €) and bank transfer. Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe: we do not store your card details. Details in Payments.

7. Delivery

We deliver in Italy by express courier, normally within 24/48 working hours of the courier taking charge of the parcel and in any case within 30 days of the order. Shipping costs 6,90 € and is free from 59,00 €. On receipt, check that the parcel is intact: if it is damaged, accept it with a written reservation and let us know within 48 hours. 8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason. For hygiene and health protection reasons, withdrawal is excluded for sealed products that have been opened after delivery (art. 59, letter e, Codice del Consumo – the Italian Consumer Code). The procedure, form and refund times are set out in Returns and withdrawal.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee provided for by arts. 128 et seq. of the Codice del Consumo. If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or close to its expiry date without this having been stated, write to us within two months of discovering it: we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

10. Discount codes, promotions and referral programme

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with the referral discount: the most advantageous one applies. The referral programme is governed by the Referral programme rules.

11. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

12. Liability

We are liable for damage arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in all cases where the law does not allow limitations. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure or to the courier beyond what is provided for by law, nor for any use of the products that does not follow the directions on the label.

13. Complaints and disputes

For any problem write to info@redisup.it: we reply within 5 working days. The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. You may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body entered in the lists of the Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy (the Italian Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy).

14. Changes

We may update these terms: the version published at the time you submit your order applies to that order.
