Referral programme rules

The referral programme rewards those who spread the word about Redisup. Earnings come exclusively from real product purchases: there are no joining fees, compulsory purchases or payments for sign-ups alone.

1. Who can take part

Every person aged 18 or over with a Redisup account (or who has placed an order) automatically receives a personal code and link. Participation is free and involves no obligation to purchase or to achieve results. The programme is organised by Redisup Srl.

2. How people join someone's network

Anyone who opens your link or uses your code and then orders or registers within 30 days is linked to you permanently. Each person can have only one inviter. Those who arrive through an invitation get a 5% discount on their orders, which cannot be combined with other codes (the most advantageous one applies).

3. Commissions: two levels

Level 1 — 10% on purchases by the people you invited yourself.
Level 2 — 5% on purchases by the people invited by your invitees.
There are no further levels.

Commission is calculated on the value of the products net of discounts, excluding shipping and payment surcharges. Different percentages, including zero, may apply to some products. No commission accrues on your own purchases.

4. When earnings become available

Pending: the order has not yet been paid.
Maturing: for 14 days from payment, the period during which the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Available: once that period has elapsed.

If the order is cancelled or refunded, even after maturation, the related commission lapses; if it had already been paid, it is offset against subsequent earnings.

5. Payout

You can request a payout when your available balance reaches 100,00 €.
Before making the request you complete your details (codice fiscale – Italian tax code, residence, IBAN in your own name). For your convenience the system generates the receipt already filled in in your name (personal details, tax code, bank details) with the payment description “Gestione pubblicitaria per Redisup”: you check it and you issue it to Redisup Srl.
If you do not have a VAT number (partita IVA), the payment is treated as prestazione occasionale (occasional work): Redisup Srl withholds and pays over the 20% ritenuta d'acconto (advance withholding tax) and issues you with the Certificazione Unica (the Italian annual tax certificate). If you have a VAT number, you issue an invoice for the gross amount.
The bank transfer is normally arranged within 15 working days of the request.
You are responsible for correctly declaring the payments for tax purposes and for complying with the limits laid down for occasional work; if you exceed them, you must inform us.

6. Prohibited conduct

Creating multiple or fake accounts, or using your own link for your own purchases.
Spam, unsolicited messages, misleading advertising or promises of earnings.
Attributing to the products properties of preventing or treating diseases, or benefits not stated on the label.
Buying advertising keywords containing the Redisup brand or passing yourself off as customer service.
Presenting the programme as an earning opportunity based on recruiting people rather than on selling products.

In the event of a breach we may suspend the account and cancel commissions obtained improperly.

7. Nature of the relationship

Participation does not create any relationship of employment, agency or representation: you may not act in the name of Redisup Srl or conclude contracts on its behalf. Payments derive solely from the sale of products to end consumers, in compliance with legge 173/2005 (the Italian law on direct selling).

8. Changes and closure

We may change percentages, thresholds and rules with effect on orders placed after publication, or close the programme with 30 days' notice. In the event of closure, earnings already matured remain payable even if below the threshold.
