Shipping and delivery

We ship throughout Italy by express courier. Orders paid by 1 pm are dispatched the same day.

Costs

The free shipping threshold is calculated on the value of the products net of discounts.

Times

• Preparation: within 24 working hours of payment (for bank transfers, of the funds being credited).
• Delivery: 24/48 working hours; 48/72 hours for the islands, Calabria and hard-to-reach areas.
• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days for the courier.

Tracking

As soon as the parcel leaves, we add the tracking code to your order: you will find it on the order page and, if you have an account, under “Orders”.

If you are not at home

The courier makes a second attempt or contacts you to arrange delivery. After the holding period the parcel comes back to us: in that case we contact you to arrange a new shipment, the costs of which are borne by you.

Damaged or incomplete parcel

If the packaging is visibly damaged, sign with a specific reservation (“collo danneggiato”, i.e. “parcel damaged”) and write to us within 48 hours at info@redisup.it with a photo: we replace or refund the product at no cost.

Where we ship

Italy, including the islands. At present we do not ship to San Marino, Vatican City, Livigno and Campione d'Italia, or abroad.
