Returns and right of withdrawal

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return products that are still sealed. Here is how.

In short

• 14 days from delivery to notify us of your withdrawal, without giving a reason.
• A further 14 days to send the products back.
• Refund within 14 days of our receiving your notice, using the same payment method used for the order.
• Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene and health protection reasons, it is not possible to withdraw in respect of sealed products that have been opened after delivery: supplements with the guarantee seal removed, opened tubs or pouches, foods whose packaging is no longer intact (art. 59, letter e, Codice del Consumo – the Italian Consumer Code). Shakers, backpacks and accessories can be returned if unused and in their original packaging.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

1. Write to info@redisup.it stating the order number and the products to be returned. You can use the form below, but any explicit statement is fine.
2. We reply with the address to send them to and the instructions.
3. Pack the products carefully and send them within 14 days with a tracked courier.
4. Once we have received and checked the return, we refund the price of the products and the standard delivery costs of the original order.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof of shipment. If the products come back damaged or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, the refund may be reduced proportionately.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged product

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and of the packaging: we arrange the collection and send you the replacement or the refund, at no cost. The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity remains unaffected.

Orders paid by cash on delivery

The refund is made by bank transfer: in your withdrawal request, give us the IBAN and the name of the account holder. The cash-on-delivery surcharge is not refundable, as it is the cost of a service already provided by the courier.
