Payment methods

Choose the method you prefer at checkout: the cost, if any, is always shown before you confirm.

Security
Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Card details are entered in an encrypted Stripe form and neither pass through nor are stored on Redisup's servers. You may be asked to complete your bank's 3D Secure authentication.
Saved cards
If you have an account you can save one or more cards in My account → Payments and pay for future orders in one click. You can remove them whenever you like: they are held by Stripe, and we only see the card network, the last four digits and the expiry date.
Charge and invoice
The charge is made at the time of the order. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we refund you by the same method within 5 working days. If you need an invoice, give us your billing details in the order notes or write to us before dispatch.
Payment unsuccessful
The order remains pending: from the order page you can try again or choose another method. Unpaid orders are cancelled and the goods put back on sale.
