Recovery: sleep, joints and micronutrients
You grow when you rest. Here is what's worth investing in.
Training hard is the easy part. Recovering well is what makes the difference after months and years.
Sleep
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time taken to fall asleep: the effect is obtained by taking 1 mg shortly before going to bed. Sleep Express comes in a sublingual liquid format, practical and fast.
Magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. That is the rationale behind ZMA Pro, to be taken in the evening. For vitamin B12 there is Real B12 in drops.
Amino acids
If you train twice a day or fasted, Big M·A·P in tablets or Ice EAA to sip are the most practical.
Post-workout carbohydrates
Cluster Dextrin and Reload are high-molecular-weight carbohydrates designed to reload glycogen without weighing down the stomach. They make sense if you do double sessions or very long workouts.
Joints
Real Articure is a cold-hot effect cream for local relief after heavy sessions. In the case of persistent pain, however, the right answer is a physiotherapist, not a supplement.
All together
The Recovery & Sleep bundle combines melatonin, ZMA and amino acids at 25% off.
